Mr. Schroeder joined the firm as an associate in the Fall of 2006 handling a diverse litigation caseload ranging from negligence matters to construction litigation. A former intern with the United States Attorney’s office for the Southern District of New York and the New York State Attorney General’s Office, Mr. Schroeder serves as a police officer with the Town of Clarkstown and served as President of the Clarkstown PBA where he developed an expertise in the area of public sector labor and employment.
